Having patients, especially the elderly, take all of their prescribed medications is crucial to their health and in helping the NHS cut waste by reducing repeat hospital visits and repeat prescriptions. MedicationMinder is a robust system for helping people under care manage what, when and how they're taking their medications. It is there to work around their lives and work with their care system and help alleviate the added worry for people who already have enough to worry about.
