Overview
Google was interested in building search into something even bigger after acquiring a comparison shopping site but wasn't really sure how to make what is usually a fairly painful process as simple as using any other Google product.Working closely with the Google Ads design manager and in conjunction with keen input from insurance and financial product advisors we designed ways to make forms more like a conversation and well, more human basically.
The result was a designs for an innovative way of gathering information from users and shoppers with as little pain as possible.
